The Chief Electoral Officer on behalf of Government of Andhra Pradesh issues the Voter Id cards to all the eligible residents of Andhra Pradesh. All the Citizens of India who are residing in Andhra Pradesh and the Andhra Pradesh residents staying in overseas can apply for Voter Id card whose age is 18 years or above.
