Voter Id Application Forms:
The Election Commission of India is providing different applications forms for the Voter ID card. The first and most important application form is Form 6, Form6 is applicable to register a vote or to include your name in the voter list. The Election Commission of India provides these application forms in English, Hindi and all the regional languages of the country. Form-8 can be used for the correction of particulars like name, father name, surname, date of birth etc on Voter Id card.
